The butcher block table was just constructed from scrap lumber left over in the construction of the townhouse.

The accessories on top of the butcher block table are from a Mattel baking set. 

The food products on the island are Kitchen Littles accessories.  They are getting more difficult to find, but you might find them at Kaybee Toys.

The Coca-Cola radio on the back counter is actually a magnet purchased from Walmart in 1997.

The expresso machine and the rice cooker are also magnets.
