The tray he's holding is an old Sindy accessory piece. On the tray you'll find foods and plateware from various Kitchen Littles Breakfast sets, a small pink giftwrapped package, which is really a miniature Christmas ornament and a small Valentine's card.

And there you have it, a peaceful breakfast in bed to celebrate Valentine's Day.
