Holiday Shopping Bag Instruction

Supplies:

• Brown Shopping Bag, see pattern & directions
• Fabri-Tac Glue
• Small Print Gift Wrap
• Small Bows
• White Cardstock
• Small Stickers or Holiday Confetti
• Empty Matchbox
• Twine
• Scissors
• Cotton balls or Styrofoam

1. Make the shopping bag as shown.  The twine is used to make the handles to the bag.
2. To make the rolls of wrapping paper, cut a piece of small print wrapping paper 3" x 1".  Roll up lengthwise and glue the end.
3. To make the wrapped gift, empty a box of matches, cut a piece of wrapping paper large enough to wrap the box.  Glue the wrapping paper.  It's easier and looks more finished than using scotch tape.  Put a small bow on the package
4. To make a gift card, cut a piece of white cardstock 1" x 1/2".  Fold in half.  Glue a piece of holiday confetti to the front or put a small holiday sticker to decorate.
5. To fill the shopping bag, put several cotton balls or small piece of stryofoam at the bottom of the bag, so the contents will stick out from the top of the bag.

You can also add a miniature teddy bear or fimo candy cane for added decoration.
